  PM Multi-level Vertical Pulverizing Mill

Introduction:

PM Multi-level Vertical Pulverizing Mill is an optimized design of new type of PM 3-deck vertical pulverizing mill, designed and developed by the Company based on the domestic and international pre-milling technology, in combination of the outstanding features for the types of roller crushers, impact crushers and cone crushers, which has given a brand-new push of further development towards the stage of pulverizing mill.   

Application:

This Series of product is applicable to crushing brittle materials such as cement clinkers, limestone, admixture, gypsum, pyrites, mineral slag and iron ores etc.

Features:

1. Power consumption of this product series is only 50% of the ball mill in terms of equal capacity and the price is only one-eighth of the roller press, making the output of the mill doubled;

2. The special jointing clearance of the hammer is easily adjustable and can produce finer particles at the discharge with 80% averagely less than 1 mm, which passes 1mm sieve.

3. Hammers are made of Co-base alloy with super alloy material providing good abrasion, longer service life and what is more adjustable.

4. No screening bars are provided at the bottom, which make the equipment durable, stable operation and dust-proof.

5. This product series is rational in construction, simple in operation, easy in installation and less in occupied space areas.
