  PM Series Multi-level Vertical Pulverizing Mill

Introduction

PM Series Multi-level Vertical Pulverizing Mill is an optimized design of new type of 3-deck vertical pulverizing mill which is designed and developed by our company based on domestic and international pre-crushing technology. It combines the outstanding features of roller crushers, impact crushers and cone crushers, which has given a brand-new push of further development towards the stage of pulverizing mill.

The special clearance between the hammers and the liner plates can be easily adjusted, thus to make 60% of the discharged particles less than 1mm. This novel design has recreated the arts and crafts of milling technology in many cement factories and has won great popularity and praises from the consumers.

This series is widely used in milling brittle materials such as cement clinker, limestone, aggregates, gypsum gangue, mineral slag and iron ore.

Features

1. Power consumption of this product is only 50% of the ball mill in terms of equal capacity and the price is only one-eighth of the rolling machine, improving the output of the mill by 70%-98%.

2. The special jointing clearance between the hammers and the liner plates can be easily adjusted so as to make 60% of the finer particles less than 1 mm, which can pass 1mm sieve.

3. Hammers are made of Co-base alloy with super alloy materials providing good abrasion; it also can be turned for use thus has longer service life;

4. No screening bars are provided at the bottom, thus to make the equipment durable, stable and dust-proof.
